Whenever Instagram comes out with a new feature, it’s important to test! The ‘Gram is pouring a ton of marketing and energy into any and ALL new releases, so you know they’ll want to push content from users.
What am I talking about?
Introducing Live Rooms on Instagram
Live Rooms on Instagram give you the ability to go live on Instagram with up to three guests – from anywhere! Before this, you could only go live with one person at a time using the Live With feature.
From IG:
Live Rooms builds on this experience and will allow Creators to go live and invite up to three guests (4 people on camera total). With Live Rooms, you can still leverage the IG Live bonus features like notifications for a subset of your followers and your guest’s followers, live donations, and live shopping.
Why is this new feature SO amazing?
For every person that joins your Live, their followers are ALSO notified. BOOM. This can amplify your reach, engagement, and followers 4x.
